many of them whom i've spoken to beileve white ink tattoos are cop out tattoos, as in the wearer is too chicken to get a tattoo which is visible. another thing is that white tattoos don't last, and they will start yellowing fast. many artists won't do them, but some will. it all depends. i have a white tattoo on my arm and i had t search high and low to find a reputable artist willing to do it for me.
